The short version
VozSay does not transmit your audio, your transcripts, or your documents to Vozmas LLC. Ever. No server used by VozSay receives or stores your dictated audio, transcripts, or documents. VozSay has no user accounts or analytics. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send: a purchase, an email, or a support report you attach yourself.
This website
This site loads no fonts, scripts, images, or trackers from any other company. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no cookie set by us.
There is one exception, and only if you ask for it. When you press a buy button, the page fetches Paddle's checkout so it can take the payment, and Paddle sets its own cookies from that point. Read the page, read the terms, download the trial: none of that contacts Paddle. Nothing is loaded from them until you click to buy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the request your browser makes in order to serve the page, and keeps standard server logs which can include your IP address. We do not build profiles from that and it is not linked to any purchase.
The software
In normal use, VozSay makes no external network connections. It has no update check, licence server or background internet connection. Its components communicate with each other through loopback connections inside your computer; that traffic never leaves your machine.
You can check ordinary use yourself rather than take our word for it: disconnect from the network and use the program. Dictation, read-aloud and cleanup with models already on your computer continue to work.
Optional cleanup model downloads
VozSay includes its voices with the installer. If you choose an optional cleanup model that is not already installed, VozSay shows its download size and asks permission before connecting.
If you approve, VozSay contacts Hugging Face and its file-delivery infrastructure only to retrieve the chosen model. The download service receives ordinary connection metadata, including your IP address, the time, the requested model file and the VozSay-model-fetch identifier. VozSay does not send your audio, dictated text, documents, cleanup content or licence key.
Choosing No or Cancel makes no download request. After the download completes, the model runs locally and requires no further connection.
What stays on your computer
These live only on your machine, inside your Windows user folder, and you can delete them at any time:
- Your settings, including any custom vocabulary you add.
- Documents you choose to save.
- A troubleshooting log. By default it hides the words you dictate: it records that seven words were hidden, not the words themselves.
- Your licence or trial status, including a small marker file used for trial bookkeeping. That marker deliberately survives uninstalling, so reinstalling continues a trial rather than restarting it.
Support reports
If you ask the app to build a support report, it writes a single zip file into its own data folder and stops. Nothing is sent automatically. You decide whether to email it. The report is scrubbed before it is written: dictated words, custom vocabulary, correction history, and profile names are removed or replaced with counts. You can open the zip and read every file before sending it.
Buying
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle collects the information needed to take payment and meet tax obligations, and handles it under its own privacy policy. Vozmas LLC receives your email address and order details so the licence key can be sent and support provided. Card numbers never reach us.
If you write to us, we see what you send and use it only to help you. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your address.
Your rights
Because the software collects nothing, there is usually nothing for us to hand over or delete. Where we do hold something, such as an email you sent or order details from a purchase, you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
Children
VozSay is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
